NEED HELP! Legit companies?

So, I see two photos here signed by Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan. They have COAs from Authenticated Ink and PAAS. I’ve heard bad things about these companies, but then I noticed they also have COAs from CAS who many people highly revere. This makes these pieces tricky. Any thoughts? Legit or not legit?

PAAS is garbage, and CAS is a newer company that seems to have its share of issues. I'd put little value in either authentication and question why they used two two different services, neither of which seem to be highly regarded. The other question is where they got it. Someone obviously went through the effort of getting these signed in two different sharpie paint pens at a show(s), so that information should be somewhere.

This is old news even with other tpa's I've seen over time authenticating these sports people incorrectly.
