Deja Vu Gallery has two Teri Copley photos (the censored ones below) for sale on Ebay right now.

Heroes and Legends has the exact same two for auction right now also (the uncensored ones below).

I asked Deja Vu and Heroes/Legends and got a response from both that the EBay listings are in error, but the Ebay listings are still there. (See Ebay message exchange below).

Is this common to sell the same item on EBay and at auction at the same time?

Are these legitimate autographs by her hand or a mechanical autopen?

Is Deja Vu Gallery (supposedly around since 1977 in Calif.) and the Heores/Legends auction for these legit?
