Hi,

curious to hear your opinions on this Kurt Cobain autograph. Do you think it's authentic?

Thanks, Fabian

I would pass on this one. I know it pass PSA/DNA quick opinion.

The price the seller is asking is telling you something about it.
It looks like someone already bought it. Hopefully it is not you.

No, it wasn't me. The seller didn't have any background info or paperwork for the item so I probably would have passed on it unless a lot of members on here had been positive towards it. Thanks for your help!

I bought the PSA DNA Quick Opinion and it’s “Likely Not Genuine”.  Either PSA changed their opinion over the last 2 weeks or the seller is a fraud.  Either way, definitely stay away IMO.

Thank you very much! Definitely will do. The price alone made it quite suspicious.

I'm on the fence about this one. I would like to know more about WHO obtained it and HOW they got it. I know it's EXTREMELY rare to have a first and last name from Cobain so that gives me some pause.

Feel free to compare with this IP Cobain autograph. I am an IP autograph collector in Chicago. I have been collecting in person for over 40 years.

I was fortunate to have gotten Nirvana in Chicago October 1993 during the In Utero tour. They were playing the Aragon Ballroom and were staying at the Double Tree Suites east Michigan Avenue just North of Water Tower. Band signed post show. Surprisingly, I was the only one waiting at the hotel! I'm still kicking myself for not having brought at least a second item with me that night!
