I’m no expert on signatures, but Oasis is my favorite band and I have met Noel and Liam. I’d guess these signatures were obtained at different times? The Liam looks like it’s from the earlier days of Oasis (he stopped doing that “less than sign-shaped” L a long time ago), and the Noel looks like it’s from the later days of Oasis. (Maybe even the start of his solo career.) Bonehead and Guigs look good. The Alan White looks okay, but rushed and messy. Again, I’m no expert, so I don’t know if my opinion is worth much, but I’d say these look good. Is this made out to someone? I can’t make out what the top left corner says.
