Sorry, I'm new to the autograph world and I guess I'm confused about the terminology. The piece has a "Certificate of Registration" issued by Online Authentics, not a COA. (See attached photo.) Is a C.O.R. the same as a C.O.A.? That is, does it verify authenticity, which is my goal here. Thanks for your time! OA COR
