Is this Sgt Pepper signed by all four Beatles?

I Purchased this album a few years back at a charity auction here in Las Vegas. I questioned the signatures per an opinion I had received on the piece. The Co I bought it from had it sent away and I do have a additional COA from someone it seems doesnt have the best reputation as I have googled the authenticator they sent it to. Please share any thoughts on this please.

I find it so funny that Gladstone jumps into this discussion. He states under one name "i wasn't there so I don't know if it's authentic" to another name saying that Ringo stopped signing his full name in 1992. All this from someone who admits he knows nothing about autographs. Where was it stated that January 1, 1992 he stopped signing his full name? It seems to me that a year is a long time to make a change but to the Roach Motel bloggers it's just one day. What is even crazier if I make a typo the Roach Motel dwellers hang on to it life a lifeline to eternal peace.

I don't pay much attention to our groupies (OK, I admit it, the one with the ponytail is kinda cute), but when I heard your name for them, Rog, I just about died laughing.
