The worthless COA is from Mail Order Concepts.  I have yet to see any autograph with a COA from Mail Order Concepts that is authentic.

This garbage Mickey Mantle forgery will never pass PSA or JSA.

I believe it is true that all with this LOA are bad. I have 4 or 5 exactly like this one with same LOA I bought about 18 years ago before I knew anything about authentic Mantle autographs. The nice professional looking printed LOA had me convinced at the time they were good but obviously they are all bad and the autographs pretty much look exactly like this one. I bought them at a flea market for $100 a piece. What a great deal! Ha.Ha.

All of the autographs with Just Rookies LOA are also bogus. I have some of them as well, just not as many.
