if this was signed by Jackson in 2009, this means that one had a six-month window for him to sign since he passed in June of that year. Quite suspect.

Looking at the information on the COA. It all checks out. This Flor person did produce 'The Dangerous Tour' for South American TV. Also, according to her entry on IMDB she is responsible for the production of other TV shows, so why would she be selling these fakes??
