I buy it at a Ebay seller who had bought it originally at the Ebay seller Norbsob99, video proof :

Here´s my Schindler´s List display, signed by Steven Spielberg (and Liam Neeson, Ben Kingsley and Ralph Fiennes).

The autographs were gotten at (or at least around the time of) the Schindler´s List premiere in 1993.
