Van Halen Opinions Please
A fellow member has asked for opinions about this signed 1984 Van Halen album in another thread. There are things that I like and things that concern me about it so I wanted to post it as a new discussion with the hope that we can get more members to comment on it. Thanks in advance.

Am I the only Van Halen fan on this website? This is very frustrating. Like I said, there are things that I like and things that I don't like about it and I would really like to open up a discussion. If a member doesn't want to offer opinions publicly just send me a private message because if this is authentic it is a very serious piece of Van Halen memorabilia. Thanks again in advance.

Rest assure this Van Halen Album is 100% authentic. Dont know what concerns you about it but I see no issues at all. Looks like it came from the same source as several other VH albums I have seen signed during the 2007/2008 Re-union tour with Michael signing as a member of Chicken Foot. Signatures are spot on!

What is "gong"? Not much of a reply. If you have something to say with proof send it. Otherwise I figure it is the sound that is made when you pull your head out of you rear.

This album is the real deal. Came from the bands photographer during the reunion tour. Mr "Gong" can provide proof or shove it up his you know what.

Act is no good when you have nothing to back it up. I know the person who got these signed personally and they are the real deal. I know his name and era when they were all signed. What PROOF do you have other than the gong you hear when you sitck your head up you A$$?

I would be interested to see your stuff because it is probably as fake and unreliable as you are. These are the real deal. Dont know what your problem is. This came from the bands personal photographer during the 2007/2008 tour. What year did David typically put underneath his autograph in 2007? It is not depcited on this particular item but appears on most of the items he signed during this era? What year and extra items did Eddie usually put under his name. Answer these questions and I might give you a chance but I doubt it. You have no idea. Just trying to protect your fake collection.

Dude, your collection is a fraud. Sorry, You offer no insight into the factual life of autographs. I am a KISS collector and dont really care about Van Halen but I there are a few bands I know since I know the bands photographer during this era. He shot for Van Halen, KISS reunion, AC/DC, Aeorosmith, Motley Crue etc. You are a joke, take your opinion (for that is all you have to offer) and go back in the hole you crawled out of. Gong on you. You blow!

David frequently signed his name with a 2008 even in 2007. Dont ask my why, Eddie signed many of his with Van Halen 2008 and 5150 under his name. I have several albums with these inscriptions. I have several of these from the bands photographer. All the autographs are similar to those on your album. Dont know why any person with no proof would dispute. You are golden. I have many items from the bands photographer and they are good (I have albums, 8x10's, drum heads and drum sticks). The only thing I can think of is other persons have bad autographs. I am sure it is difficult to face the fact their autographs are bad but these are good. Fear not, I wouldnt support your album if I wasnt sure. Enjoy your album. For anyone out there with doubts on Van Halen items send to me and I will let you know. I am a KISS expert but since I know the source of many of the items on the market I can help with other bands as well (such as AC/DC, Aerosmith, Black Sabbath, KISS, Motley Crue, Ozzy Osbourne, Van Halen, etc.). I know things only persons getting the autographs would know. Thanks!
