she was also very pleasant and such a fighter.  I received several signed shots of her from altarie & robby to honey west as she was battling her first bought with cancer that appeared to win.  her letter that accompained them was just as much true to her word, "it would take a few months" and her newsletter was something to follow as she detailed her journey.  She even signed the Honey West one with "top of the world".   It seems just a few months ago, I stopped in to read her newsletter and it was so positive only to find that the cancer had returned in a much more difficult area to treat.  I spoke with Leslie Neilson a few years ago and on the subject of Forbidden Planet he fondly remembered anne and indicated that it was so "hard" for them to not "lampoon" the script but play it as close to real.  In the world of outtakes it would have been fun to see when they strayed.

 

She now belongs to the ages and from Honey West to Forbidden Planet fans of the future will continue to marvel at her persona.  Safe Travels Anne.

steve, wasn't that the episode where she was a mannequin and rec'd a 24 hour reprieve but had to return to the "top" floor where everyone was waiting they turn?

RIP Anne.  Yes she did appear on the Twilight Zone as a mannequin and was allowed a month to live as a "human" and was late to her return as she became caught up in the "real life".  A great actress
