great to hear!   Speaking of which the Peanut Gallery wants all members to be aware that a certain slimy bunch of pogo the clowns & their followers are attempting to intimidate people here by publishing personal information in order to incite violence.  Names of wives, mothers, addresses, phone numbers are just some of the unethical we stoop lower than snail droppings...

 

Just today, the unofficial ldr of the peanut gallery received an unwarranted, harrasising and threatening phone call.  So for pogo & clowns - repeat after me;  LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT has now been engaged.

 

I hope SC that the news is gonna be great news!

I believe it was and it wasn't a settlement but rather a  judgement but SC will be able to write it up as only he can....

It was a huge victory and a giant leap into the stopping of these spineless cowards.  There is a 30 day period before I can start collecting on this and trust me, I will collect it.  This bottom feeder will never forget who he messed with by the time I'm done collecting.  It took me 6 months to find this piece of crap but with the help of a friend and the almighty killer of evil "greed" I found him, served him, tried him and defeated him.  The coward never even had the courage to show up in court.  Doesn't this sound like his mentor, Steve Koschal?  Like puppetteer like puppet.

Roger, that is great news to hear!   Another clarabelle bites the dust.   Cowards is not how they are defined...  they don't even have the guts to stay on the phone without hanging up like a bunch of sissies!   Like those bullies in the schoolyard who get away with it until you plant them on their kistas!

Or as the Peanut Gallery would say, "it's howdy doodie time, it's Howdie doodie time..."

DB, your reference to "bullies" brought me back to a situation that happened to me when I was in first grade.

I had a friend named Juan who told me one day that if Edward (a bully) ever asked me for money to just punch him in the face.  About a week later Edward approached me and I did exactly what Juan told me to do.  And guess what?  Edward never walked up to me again.

Never back down to bullies.  Always take the offensive.

You're right, Roger. These folks are all connected, and they're all a bunch of cowards. BTW, you have one heck of a lawsuit against the "criminal psychiatrist" supposedly hired to analyze what they claimed you wrote, and those who published it. You quite likely would win 7-figure settlements--and she could lose her license. She certainly would never be insurable again. She deserves that.
