This is just a general question really, who do you think right now will make a good investment for 50 years?

Now let me rephrase, I don't mean The Beatles or Elvis. I mean more modern artists. Will Radiohead be a band that will be worth what The Stones are worth right NOW in 50 years? Who would be a good modern band to invest in now?

Who will stand the test of time?

While he is not a musician, you could say the same of anything signed by Al Pacino

when he comes back from rehab, it'll be a strong signature!

Does anyone have concerns as to the authenticity of this autographed Trump mask?

pioneers of modern technology, such as the creator of internet protocol Vince Ceerf, or intel founder Hungarian Andy Grove (repsonsible for hardware minatureation), Bill Gates AND Paul Allen on same paper, mmark Rosenberg,  guy who created the web, guy who created browser, etc.

Cant wait to get there graphs!
The problem with those names are, will they be sought after? Will they be popular? I think people like JK Rawling, Stephen Spielberg, Steven King, George Lucas and Steve Jobs are good ones.
I ask myself, how do you find the next rock star in this digital age? Pre digital , you have you Beatles, The Doors, Cobain etc.
I just dont know if we will see another movement of muscians, post digital.

u are soo right. I mean there will be many that quickly have there music head by ore people than the Beatles, thans to free and digtal distribution,

But no one will know them 20 years from now.  But the Beetoven, chopin, mi;es davis, beatles, etc  legends will likely be quite strong 100 years from now

Well  yeah, the science category will never be as popular as entertainment, but they will hold up well.

Not so sure Steven Speilberg will be popular in a few generations the way say Alfred Hitchcock or Orlsen Wells who will be. I don't think his movies transend generations.  Who wil care about Close Enclounters 40 years from now?  Even Raiders will have a hard time lasting compared to any Hitchock movie....thoughts?
