Emma Morano turned 117 today November 29, 2016, she is the last living person born in the 1800s and only the third person living born in the nineteenth century.  There are two born in 1900 still living which qualify for nineteenth century since the twentieth century did not begin until January 1, 1901.  It would be interesting if anyone has her autograph.  I personally would not want to bother her for it.  If she lives for five years plus she will beat the record of Jeanne Calment (1875–1997) at 122.
