It's no skin off my nose who these companies use, it's business and you can connect the dots. The rumours are some what true.
Im also curious to know if Grad leaving psa dna effects rr auctions, will they stay with psa dna.
Sounds like Grad is taking some of PSA's business with him. PSA's definitely losing some revenue stream with Grad's departure. It's just like a stock broker switching firms and taking his clients with him.

im sure thats why they did the deal with him

his stock went up becuase off pawn stars ans untill he passes fakes and gets caught and exposed his will continue too rise

Ive had a glance a Becketts authentication fees and there all over the place. Depending on the band it may range from 50 for abba or 250 for Nirvana add any extra cost for grading, encapsulating.
Theres a big long list , have a look if you get a chance.
Any item valued over 1000 dollars has to pay an additional premium fee, contact Bas for prices.
Such an expensive process!!

a friend worked with paul and linda mccartney one off his jobs he had to get stuff signed by them for the record label in the late 70's 80s ,so he was in the room making sure he signed all this promo stuff.

we were talking about selling and i told him about this site and authentaction and he looked up what it would cost and it would cost him 500$ he said its not worth it.

its cost prohobitive.he knows its real and he said any one hes sells to is welcome to for certification but its wasnt worth the cost to him.

i had steve not thru psa say mine was real differnt artist gave a value that the sig is worth a few hundred  now thats what steve would have charged me to get it authenticate so why bother .i knew it was real  but i had too laugh when i see  this artists  stuff sell for 2500 depending on what the signiture is on

It's a fair amount of money to part with, including shipping, first class.

The certificates do help with resale, but im not sure they add any value to the item itself. Sometimes you see the items fail one tpa, co and then after paying another fee to a different tpa co , they pass.

if u consign to a major auction they do the coa ,its easier for me that way.ive had great results or ive sold stuff private and they have paid to have it certied

Yes thats a good route, or sell to fellow collectors. Most collectors are fairly sharp on certain joneres.
