I'm extremely reluctant to say something is bad. But I've been through a great number of Eagles items fine-tuning my understanding of the members signatures and my personal preferences for what I would want to own. I could argue that the item you posted differs too significantly to be authentic. But I wasn't there when whoever signed it signed it. What I can say with certainty is that I wouldn't buy it and I fear it would struggle mightily in the hands of a competent third party authenticator.
