Bob Dylan - real or fake?

Hi everyone!

Would appreciate your opinion on this Bob Dylan. It's signed on the back of an envelope and it's dated by Dylan 1/6-84.

UPDATE: Roger Epperson and several knowledgable members here at AML thinks it´s genuine, so that's not an issue anymore. Would still appreciate your help below regarding an approx price...

Any thoughts about what would be a fair value for a pretty strong signature with an "Best Wishes, Happy New Year, Love" inscription? It's inscribed, but as seen on my second pic below that can easily be matted out and be used for a cool display with a nice photo...

Slowly written that's for sure -- always hard to tell with Dylan. Hope this comes from a good source?

It's for sale by a private seller who claims he got it from another collector in Germany 14 years ago. Said to been signed while Dylan were travelling by airplane. But no proof that backs that up...
