I believe this is a pre print or screened signature.

The exact same signature with the "Love" salutation was on a Garland photo on eBay back in January of this year...

The seller was asking 2 thousand dollars.

Thankfully it did not sell...

Hi Steve,

Unless the Tin Woodman was her staff that is a mechanical contrivance ;)

Occurs in blue and black with different placement - can be shown in overlay

In fact, it is so very prevalent, and "reasonably" convincing despite the ziz-zag nature of the curves under a glass and the unnatural even quality/dispersal, it should be included in every signature study of hers.
