The seller is autograph_memorabilia out of the Russian Federation. Cheap stuff. Here's another Elvis for a starting bid of $450. There's also a James Dean in pencil currently for sale at a starting bid of $690.

I can no longer find the Elvis or James Dean signature on eBay. It appears that they have been removed.

Both Roger Epperson and Rich Consola agreed that the Elvis autograph is authentic, the best authenticators on Elvis Presley signature.

They are definitely the best.

I haven't spent much time on Elvis' signature and guessed that the Merry Christmas and "To Alice" examples were from the same seller, before I was able to confirm that. That was based solely on the appearance of the signatures.

Jake,

I reopened this discussion since the topic is still active and pertinent.

ok Steve

Roger Epperson indicated that this Elvis autograph was real , also Rich Consola also states that this autograph is authentic. If there is any person better than these two fellows please let me know.

Okay, then the one I posted that was apparently removed by eBay should be authentic too. It shows similar traits. I guess the cheap Hendrix sigs are good as well.

I do not have a clue.

Now i`am wondering if the Hendrix was real?? Never seen it posted.

I posted two of them earlier in this discussion. I think there was a third example, but I don't have an image of it. They don't look real to me, but appear to be in the same hand.
