Beatles Monthly Book Signed by All Four?

Here is a Beatles Monthly book supposedly signed by all four Beatles during a rehearsal for Thank Your Lucky Stars show. Current for sale at Special Auction Services in the UK. Thoughts?

Special Auction Services has been discussed on this site before.  Stay far away.
