When does an autograph photo of Mickey Mantle sell for a whopping $26.25?

When it's a "Florida" forgery sold by one of approximately two dozen  Ebay sellers of forgeries out of Florida.

The below laughable and mass-produced forged Mickey Mantle photo was listed and sold by Ebay seller Sportspic2017 for $26.26.

the cert still cracks me up.  It's the FDE's that have been responsible for most of the forgeries on the market today.  So its like the wolf watching the hen house.  Ridiculous.
