They're just etched signatures. Many of these were released. They're reprints of genuine signatures. They're valued at about £50.

There isn't much of a story to tell. It was an item released in the early 90s. Its not terribly valuable or mega rare. Here's a link or more info. They are bought and sold in Queen groups all the time. I've never seen them sell for more than 50.
