Hi.  I purchased this from Roger Epperson last year and just like to share this particular graph with you.  I know it's authentic.  Signed in the early 1980's.  It ranks as one of my favorite autographs in my collection.

To shed a little light on this autograph this came out of a book of music photos collected by a man in CA named Bill.  Bill died a few years ago and his family sold me his collection of items over the course of a couple years.  There were at least 75 signed images in the book which included The Who, David Bowie, Michael Jacksonx2 and many others.  There were two Jagger's in the book, this one and a color one shown below.  There were no fake autographs in this book in my opinion.  Of the nearly 600 signed items I bought I only saw one fake autograph which was a secretarial Sinatra album.  I hope this brings some clarity.https://www.signedsealeddel.com/newimages/mick__jaggr-signed.jpg

I hope this brings some clarity.

No really not! I'm just working at a fakeseller at eBay with approx. 60,000 feedbacks (mostly autographs) which offered in September approx. 700 faked autographs coming from an old collector in US who gave up his hobby - seller wrote!

That means that such stories are often fairytales....and no evidence.

I have been doing music autographs for over 28 years now and I think I understand scams very well. Are you saying that this one I pictured is fake too? You might want to look at Steve's comparison he did below.
Also the Morrison is without question fine too.

The Morrison is in my opinion and knowledges a fake! The speed of writing is too slow.

You surely know in which year this photo was taken and you surely know who owns the rights of this photo of Morrison and you surely know when Morrison died and you surely know when exact this photo was released first!

When do you think the photo was produced?

Alexander, I thought you only studied Beatles. That's all I recall that you've said you know well.

I think that both of the Mick Jaggers are real. They're not unusual examples for the time period.

Ballroom says the Jim Morrison SP is good, and he's anything but shy about voicing his opinions, thumbs up or down. If Ballroom and Roger both say a Morrison is good, you can take it to the bank.

Steve, it would lead to far to write here in your blog about my backgrounds. I'm not often here having nearly no time for such discussions. End of October a film about me was shown at an interntl. filmfestival in Lisboa/Portugal. Maybe that this film goes once to US (I hope not - forgers in US would kill me)!

I sometimes get informations of readers of this blog to look at an autograph just like this faked Mick Jagger. I'm not here to teach people I only try to give my own opinion and no one must agree - no one!

Beatles ok - it's a big problem (mainly in US - - center of forgeries is Scottsdale, AZ) I'm working at.

The Morrison is in my opinion a fake and is save as fake in my files and stays there forever! Same questions to you and ballroom as experts for Morrison:

You surely know in which year this photo was taken and you surely know who owns the rights of this photo of Morrison and you surely know when Morrison died and you surely know when exact this photo was released first!

I believe the photo was taken by Henry Diltz in December 1969. The photo must have been produced shortly after the photo shoot. Morrison died in 1971. What's your point?

Here's another signed example of the same photo.

Yes, it was when Diltz shot Morrison Hotel.

True, although I wouldn't exactly call him a ditz. Ha ha. The uncropped image was used for concert promotion starting in February 1970.

Ooppps. Courtesy of iPhone autocorrect!

Alexander... You sound like the Riddler. Full of non answers and talking in riddles. If you can take the time to post here, then surely you can form a sentence that tells us a little of your background. If we don't know who you are, then how can your expert opinions be trusted?

Based on what I've read, I would have no problem purchasing any of the Jagger or Morrison sigs that have to me been proven authentic by some very reputable members here.

The evidence in this thread is piling up against your personal opinions. And that my friend is what I call an open and shut case.
