I have just found a lot of SW autographs being sold by the same seller, that seem to be reasonably priced. I have uploaded the first three I am interested in and will upload the last three shortly.

The ebay seller is "supposedly" selling these for a friend. Not sure if the seller knows that the material is the remains of  collection owned by a forger that nearly destroyed the online SW collecting community.  

The collector stole from dozens of people and ruined some of the best cast signed pieces with his forgeries.

Some collectors don't seem to mind filling his pockets and making what he did pay for him, but others refuse to support him or his friends in any way shape or form.

You get to choose who you want to be, and if you want the taint of a forger sitting in your collection.

To be honest, not knowing any of that or the background - I just wanted to know if they were real or not. I am assuming they are?

To be honest, if you don't care about the information provided, you may be in the wrong hobby.

He forged Ford, Hamill, McQuarrie, Mayhew, Lucas and more, but you assume whatever you want.

As a general statement I can't agree more. When I used to teach oils, folks wanted to paint, wanted to get to color - I was there talking about drawings and composition and wood/fabric for weeks. So many wanting to rush - wanting the end. Not to do the the work. I don't say Matt in this thread, but some folks just want "is it real?" and have no thought about "why?" or "why not?" - perhaps this is a crack that lets some stickers crawl in. The "why" and "why not?" is where the fun is IMO.

Given the information that you provided Pete, I would never purchase those that are being offered. But being new to this and not knowing that, my initial question was that of "are they real".

I appreciate all honest advice and opinions that you give and would always value, but please do not assume that I would purchase these.

Given the number of fakes and forgeries that are being offered, my initial question was around the legitimacy of them.

This is being offered for what I think seems to be a reasonable price and I do not yet have a combo of Fisher, Ford and Hamill. Opinions on whether this would be worth purchasing would be greatly appreciated.

The Ford on that piece has been questioned in the past
