OK here is a JL signature that looks OK but I'm not 100% sure. Is this a printed / stamped facsimile signature? Any thoughts?

Fab,

To me, this looks too practiced to be signed by John, but I could be wrong.

I see what you mean Steve, every bit of it is just too perfect.Every little nuance of his signature  looks to good.to me,there is nothing ugly about it.thats worrysome.

Yes that is exactly it. It is too perfect. That's why I thought it might have been stamped. Reminds of a bubblegum card signature?  Looks like maybe a fountain pen was used for the signing.

+1 Paul.

How do you think it compares to this one from '65?

Wow Ballroom.so close..

Definitely in the same direction however the pic I posted looks drawn in comparison. Very smooth lines and the transition is seamless.

Wow nice comparison. Thanks for taking the extra effort. Most definitely similarities. The Le in Lennon are almost identical. The points on the "n's" also look good. The "o" in John looks a bit different?  Having said that I think it may be legit after all.

that looks like my '65 Lennon signature

Post yours please.
