We now have a Musician-Direct Autograph Sales Forum where you can post individual discussions of new offerings. It's a big change—and a big improvement. We closed this discussion after 8 years but it will always be available to read.

Though I recall a member posting a blog asking about this a while ago, I could not relocate it for my purpose in this discussion.

It can be nice when one stumbles upon a musician's shop (via their website), to see that they are selling their autographs. I figured this could grow as a wee database for listing those musicians who partake in this.

I recently recieved a couple press photos signed in ballpoint from John Mayall's website (http://www.johnmayall.com/merch.html). I am also aware that you can purchase signed CDs from Peter Noone of Herman's Hermits(http://peternoone.com/store/). John 5 ( formerly Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie guitarist) sells various items signed, with an option to dedicate.

So, does anyone else know of this being done by other musicians?

Hi, Im not convinced the OP was ripped off. Maybe thats the short and sweet that you get when ol’ Willie has signed umpteen records in a row? Mine and the High Times were signed over 20 yrs ago, so its fair to say his sig has evolved. Are there any in-person comparisons to be had in the last few yrs? Thats your best best to determine if these were ghosted or not.

Id like to believe Willie wouldnt pull a fast one on his most devoted fans.

And yet this one doesnt really look like Bill’s above (same album) from Pledge? So either Willie’s sig varies wildly or...

Heres mine, at the moment I'm reserving judgement as the W is similar to Brians but I don't have much to work with. Some Raccers have sent emails and are waiting to see if Willies management will say anything about these.

It seems like most exemplars of his autograph have a very distinct looking N that I'm not really seeing in any of the examples of his Last Man Standing copies. I hope they aren't ghost signed but I am very suspicious. I'm guessing Willie isn't going to sign a bunch to replace the ones people are unhappy with if they are indeed ghost signed. Which leaves returns the only option. What a disappointment.

This could include some tearing of the seams and/or bent corners and other such damage that made us uncomfortable selling at full price. The picture provides and example of typical damage but please realize that the damage to each album is unique and varies from unit to unit.”

I missed out before, so I picked up a couple at $20 each. Just thought others might want to know they are available.

Has anybody received the Roger Daltrey Signed Newbury Comics CDs or the shipping confirmations yet?

I haven’t even received the shipping confirmation yet? And release date was 1st June?

The same Date as the Pete Yorn / Scarlet Johansson Signed CD! I received shipping confirmation for that a week ago and that one is out for delivery today???
