As the story goes it was radio stations and would account for wear but as any story I have no proof. Was signed before a show in Portland

Thank You Eric

Sure, I see my reply is not here - I was asking about the LP having achieved so much wear in the 12-16 months before it was signed in 1969 - under the Vestine for example. Just an observation.

Thank You As the story goes it was radio stations and would account for wear being quick and alot because of Radio Play on LP Excuse me as I learn site. Thanks Again

By the way, welcome! No "excuse me" necessary - learning is what we are here for :) Questions are wonderful things.

Radio Station is KBZY out of Salem Wa. ?

The station is out of Salem, OR.

Wear in short time in a year or less under signature would be from constant airplay and handling as much as several times a day and fits history but is only speculative

Do you own the this lp Gage?

Thank you and yes I do it is one of my better pieces.

Nice little item, i had the pleasure of seeing the 2018 version of the band and they can play. Larry the mole taylor is a wizard.
