sorry for all who wanted to see mine photo from ''antiquities'' which i think is authentic...why? i did compare the jodie foster with other examples and could not find anything wrong and the ''de niro'' is more difficult but found some other autographs from him signed the same way. now your answers would be that forgery's are mend to be looking the same as authentic ones but again i did not get the feeling i was buying a forgery.

Wait to get opinions from members who know these autographs well.

You think the one posted with this thread is authentic? I don’t think so.

The list Steve posted I think are all good at quick glance. Couple of them are sloppy but still think they are good.

on the list are 2 autographs simulair to the one i posted but on the de niro are no opinions?... the signing date and where are fake to than? de niro and foster where there at that time. i should have posted the photo without letting know it's bought from antiquities and opinions would be different. ones a bad name Always bad i think.

would have made no difference where it came from or who the authenticator is. The Foster on that photo is not good. The middle of the signature and all the loops are off and so is the choppy ending. Of course there are similar signatures. But they are not like this one. Have others look at it. I just don’t think it’s good and couldn’t convince me it is.

The Deniro is so basic of a signature. Who knows with that? Haven’t studied or looked at as many DeNiro’s but I could do one just like it with 5 minutes of practice.

Don’t know about the dates. I wasn’t there. Guessing you weren’t either. When it’s comes to Antiquities I am always skeptical as one should be. But just like others who have bought from them you are trying your hardest to convince people it’s authentic.

Bet it doesn’t pass PSA or Beckett if submitted by an individual collector. Might fool JSA. Send it in and let’s see.

+1 loops.

i don't want to convince any of you because when i saw this item on ebay i really thought it was the real deal but was aware of the name of antiquities and before i bought it i did compare the autographs with many other ones of foster and de niro. also the info on the back of the photo was a + for me but also know you can print info as much as you can but dates and where it was signed was right...toppix has the same way of info on the back of a signed photo and that makes you feel better as collector. i wil thank you for your help and must say the forger did a good job because normaly i smell garbage immediately. i thought there was a law in the usa to end business like this?.

No, it would still be a pig...especially with the stupid stickers on the back... DEAD GIVEAWAY

Let me put it to you this way... I wouldn't buy a Mickey Mantle, with a known FAKE COA and a company that is known for selling GARBAGE PERIOD and then try and convince myself that it's not a forgery for 3 weeks. IT IS A FORGERY if it came from that place, IMHO. They are scam artists, do you get that?  Much like everything is Fake with a Drew Maxx, Moralass COA et al...and many many more . I hope you have the only authentic autograph ever to come out of that place, but somehow, you don't want to see truth. You only want to see and believe what you want and yet another BIG fish story behind it this time " the stupid sticker trick". That's the 3rd time this month with the stupid stickers. I'm curious how long you've been collecting? Love, Doubting Thomas.

hope you can read but you didn't because i wrote that the forger is an artist to let people believe you buy a authentic autographed photo.i'am to far away to do something about those company's but why you or others in the usa take some action?... i have seen drew maxx on dutch tv and did look ok to me and than i saw steve grad and he let people see how to authenticate an autograph with his computer and live ink light pen but you believe al autographs are authenticated that way?. i think your answer to me is a bid rude and don't know why this is...hope you know it all but than you have your autographs in person and if not you never know for sure because many mistakes are made by every authentication company.love my hobby but hate the forgery busines.

Fudd, if you feel like degrading people, do it elsewhere. We love you here but that kind of behavior scares away collectors who need our help. Robb does believe that it's unlikely the ones he bought are real now. He said that yesterday. He was just trying to figure it out.

Rick, what one are you referring to that is not authentic? The one from Rob or Tim's ones he added for comparison or my Deniro's I added?

The one Rob posted in the original post.
