This is for sale on eBay.  But I believe this Michael Jackson signed photo is a secretarial version.  What do you think?

Yep

how is this https://st2.ning.com/topology/rest/1.0/file/get/1260919648?profile=... with the general feeling of being 'real' and this auto on the promo pic of being not??? the 'M's have the same bends, which is not commonly seen in MJ's autos that you see for sale, im of the opinion of if this book is signed then this promo certainly is real.

There are no set MJ auto's ,all vary depending on circumstance/time/date etc ,most promos are original autos, unless they look very bold and new in the ink. when there were special days at Neverland MJ openly signed promos.

Because the first one is a known secretarial signature style.  The 2nd is not, and looks nothing like the secretarial.

These are all secretarial as well.

some of the so called expert advice is terrible at the best of times on here regarding MJ auto's, what do you think he signed at Neverland during open days or if he visted hospitals etc? he signed promo photos given to him by his assistant, i know this from personal life experience, why do these promo photos go for so much on ebay? because most people know these are real,if you are saying secretarial as in the assistant or secretary handed it for him to sign it ok, but to say that his assistant or secretary is signing these in the same style from 84 till 09 in the timeframe where he has changed employees frequently is insulting to new collectors and old.

Justin do you remember this photo you posted saying they were all real too and how your 30 yrs collecting tells you you know more and that we were wrong on this forum?  You went on to compare the B's in Bob from the first two, and how they were exactly like the one in the middle lower that I call a Secretarial.

The first two pics in that collage that you posted (and you claimed were real) were done by a known forger named Jason.  I went on to show you that in that discussion - and I never heard anything from you again on it.

You are also now saying the to Tyler is the same as the promo pics? They aren't even close imo.  But then again, what do I know.

Also just for fun, these are real, all on promo type photos.   Its not about me calling anything on a promo photo "secretarial" - its about the signature.

Thanks so much, wascher, for always sharing with us your immense MJ knowledge!

Hey wascher, what about this one?

also just for fun, these promo photos are written in his 'handwriting style' for personal friends and family, for fans he normally reverts to standard autos as he never hardly writes personal messages aswell as the auto for fans, but what do i know

the two pictures at the top left ''to bob' are correct, you are right , i give credit, but where do you think the forger got this idea from? it was from the book which is a real autograph, it is from the estate of robert nolan hall , the person who designed MJ's cherub horse, who worked for chance rides inc who was commissioned as an artist by Michael Jackson as was Rob Swinson who wrote the book documenting the construction work on Neverland ,(also check the actual auto from the the other bobs, it's nothing like the forged ones) theres your provenance, forgers try to copy or do as close as possible autos that are known real as this one is, my other gripe with this forum in particular is that your looked on as one of the go to sites for validation , how you can say the bottom two dangerous promos are not authentic is staggering, i have had one signed personally to me in real life just like this, and nearlly all you see for sale on ebay or elsewhere are very very similair and command a price usually touching a thousand dollars, so someone is wrong..

I stand by my opinion that the item in this discussion posted by James is a secretarial style signature (since its just a link in the discussion, I'll add the image).

Also adding this photo which explains this style of Secretarial signature (I did not write the description)
