Interesting! But I would say one good thing what Eric said once to me - no one wants questionable autograph so I would pass this one.

On the start I was surprised it is called as not real but... I still do not like ''o'' there.

I do not discount MarkG's valuable observations at all - this is just one I'd not buy, sell or recommend.
