Neil Armstrong signature - real & value?

Is this real, and if so what is it worth? It's a signed NASA 8x10 litho.

From what remains, it appears to be authentic.

The value on this is very low due to the personalization and the significant UV damage. Maybe a few hundred dollars at best.
