Gene Kelly?

Any opinions on this Gene Kelly signed photo? I received it through the mail around 1990. The letters in the last name don't seem as bunched as in other examples.

I'm not familiar with Gene Kelly secretarials, but I checked exemplars and I think he signed it. 

This photo signed in the 40s or 50s has many of the same characteristics:
