James Lovell Fred Haise and Charlie Duke signed photo....A little help from my Space buds

Your opinions are appreciated on this 8x10 signed by James Lovell, Fred Haise, and Charlie Duke.  I have done a tone of research and am very comfortable with the Haise and Duke.  I am still a touch leery on the Lovell.  The L at the beginning of his last name is my concern.  Thanks in advance.

Here is a closer picture.

I think they all look very legit, but for sure the L in lovell is different. I think it’s fine though, gotta remember not every autograph is the same too, there’s a story behind every one. So Id say you’re good. And sorry for the late reply!

They look really good to me. I've got several autographs from each of them, and these look consistent. Especially the Haise/Duke handwriting. I met both of them last year, and the in-person signatures have the same handwriting. I think it's a safe bet.

The Lovell is (very) slightly abnormal, but the handwriting in the inscription looks really good. I've found his signature to be harder to pin down, anyway. It seems to have a bit more variance than others. Besides, it'd be very weird for somebody to get an authentic Haise/Duke, and then forge Lovell. If someone was faking signatures, it'd make more sense to swap Duke for Swigert, and complete the A13 crew.

That’s good then, if you’ve met them before too then it should be better to see. Well they seem real so nice job!

I’ll tell you, I looked at every Lovell signature that I could find and was only able to find two with an L similar to this.  Both were from the same seller in Canada.  The guy who sold me this had about 10 different Lovell signed photos for about 6 months running.  Many were signed with Haise, a few single signed.  All of his Lovell signatures looked like they normally do.

Hmm idk, you could always have it authenticated, that would probably be worth it. But as long as you can find many similarities in autographs, you might be able to get away with it.

Steve Zarelli told me it was ok when I first got it.  As long as the first name, the inscription, and the rest of the last name look right, then I’m good.  I would think if someone were forging these, you would see a bunch signed just like mine.  One letter being off, if everything else is ok, should not be a big issue.

Yeah then if that’s the case, and Steve Zarelli said you’re good, it’s most likely real. I’d say from what you’ve said it’s real

I sure hope so.  It drives me nuts looking at something that I have not had signed in person and having questions about it.

Yeah I have a few I think the same exact way, just gotta do the research and have confidence about it.
