From collecting Ali autographs myself over a 25 year period, the gloves are poor fakes.
The photo in my opinion is also bad - it's fading anyway so it hasn't been looked after very well.
Avoid all of it. It is pretty much worthless.
Thanks guys. Was afraid of that. The owner is a very nice older guy who has some great authentic autographs (baseballs). I didn’t have the heart to tell him is pride and joy was likely forged.

This is the case with many fake items I see on a daily basis. The sellers are not always fraudsters who own these items. They just believe that they have the genuine article in their collection.
This is another problem with fake items, they stay in circulation for many years because the owner cannot believe the item is fake and it is hard sometimes to tell a decent person that they are trying to sell a fake. No honest person wants to be told that.
