Has anyone heard of Mid-West Authentication? A bunch of their items are hitting eBay (see here, for instance), and I haven’t heard of them before. Many of their items are being bid on strongly.
Thanks!

I don't think that company (or person) actually exists. The website noted on the COA certainly doesn't.

Worthless COA from a fake company and authenticator.

Following the link you provided, the signatures I am familiar with are all bad in my opinion.

Anyone have any thoughts on whether the milton hershey autograph in the link with the mid west authentication certificate is real?  Hershey is an incredibly rare signature, i have been looking for many years without seeing a real one.

If you look at the seller's offerings -- current and completed -- he has an endless array of 99 cent baseball cards and also a never-ending supply of rare and valuable autographs even the most prominent dealers could not procure. Multiple Ruth Bader Ginsberg's with "US Supreme Court" inscriptions. All "rarities" accompanied by COAs from a fake authenticator with a dead website.

What does common sense tell you?

And the Hershey signature is squeezed in to the letter snippet at a weird place, too. Not below a salutation, etc. Seems quite fishy.
