Not exactly sure what this is but I’m hoping someone on this forum may have an educated guess.  It appears to be a hand written poem perhaps titled “To dance beneath the golden sky”. It’s signed (printed?) Bob Dylan.  That’s all I have which I agree isn’t much.  Does anybody recognize this poem (song) and could it be in Dylan’s hand and his signature? Any thoughts?

Um, those are the lyrics to one of his most popular songs and they are most certainly not in his hand.

As Tom says, this is nothing like Dylan’s handwriting or signature.  The lyrics aren’t even correct.  It’s “diamond sky”, not “golden sky”, and always was in every version of the song I’ve heard.
