It looks drawn to me.  It doesn’t have the natural flow of David’s signature.  Note also the direction in which the number seven is crossed when compared with the example shown below.  David was left-handed, but this looks to me like it’s been drawn by a right-handed person.  I think it’s a fake.

Very poor forgery by a right handed person.
