Great, I'm newer to the world of autos, but it definitely draws me in. I'm guess Mantle's is one of the most common sigs in the sports category, and he signed quite a bit before his passing

He did sign a lot and forgers went crazy in the 90s. Which means there are a lot of fakes out there. This site is the best identifying a real Mantle or a fake. Most tend to be pretty obvious.
