Has anyone ever seen a real personalization? I’ve seen occasional lyrics quotes, but never “with love” or any of that.

I’ve seen the odd one, but they are very rare.  Not sure about the “with love” bit, but I know the high-profile Dutch collector Arie de Reus has an LP with a dedication, as a thank you for some project or other he helped the Dylan team with.
