Beginner Collector-Lon Chaney-Feedback requested

Recently came across autographed photograph of Lon Chaney on “piece of the past”. I emailed a simple question regarding authenticity and the COA they offer. I also asked if discrepancy on authenticity by reputable third party source what type of guarantee do they offer. I have purchased autographs in the past and when I ask this question I usually get a professional response. This response was SO off, I got all kinds of red flags. His response was “The Answr is no. If you’d read our terms you’d have seen we do give refunds on anonymous opinions from the apkgavet companies. Why ? First they do not guarantee their opinion as stated on their own sites. Second they are under fbi investigation third our coa is signed by the most recognized expert in the field our coa is on eBay’s accepted list and is accepted by every major auction house worldwide. They are only used on eBay by eBay part time “ dealers “. It’s a Shame you didn’t do your own research on what a genuine Lon Chaney he signature appears like. This is real and based on your question likely not for you” This was such a turn off and then I tried to look for this “world renowned” experts name and there is 0 information. This place seems so shady. Fake?

It's an obvious recently printed repro. of a vintage still. Look how the white borders are all awry.

Not even worth analyzing the handwriting.
