Wow I don’t know what I’m doing wrong then. I’ve sent pics of the packaging twice now and they’ve given me no response. I’ve sent two follow ups asking if they received and what the status is and nothing. Emailed them again saying I’m going to return what they sent and want a refund and so far have been ignored on that too. First and last time ever dealing with these guys, not worth the hassle

It is a hassle for sure. I haven’t heard anything back yet but filed a case using the form below and did get a notice that it was received. Hope this helps…

Mine came in yesterday.  The signed litho was in a separate envelope.  I'll take a picture of it when I get home from work today.

Same here, definitely a hassle but they admitted their mistake and made it right so at the end of the day I’m happy with it

What is sad is they did this to me on the Korn Requiem album release. I had to send photos of the box in order to receive my signed lithograph too.
