Same, This has a great deal of possibility. The owner should take it to a professional signature authenticator and get their thoughts on it

Thanks for your opinions. This is for sale in Germany. Seller says he has a COA, so I will ask him for that. But I remain sceptic. There are many signed examples in Germany and most are too good to be true.
