I'm not comfortable with this one.

The nature of the signature coupled with the Spence COA rule this one out, not to mention the seller's ton of fluff in his item description.

I'd pass.

to me, Lennon is the most difficult of the Beatles to authenticate.  I would not trust this one

I wouldn't rule this one out in a hurry. It looks natural and has Lennon's characteristic ink dots at the top of a couple of letters. That said, the "ton of fluff" Jim mentions above doesn't inspire confidence and at $3,000 it is not exactly cheap - it is probably the "going rate" for this type of Lennon autograph.
