They changed their packaging so the last couple of things I have got (Def Leppard/Graham Nash) came in fine. Still a bit leery due to other past orders. But probably won't get another chance at Dennis.

I've had the opposite luck and my last couple have been cracked, they fixed it by sending me a blank case which also showed up cracked so I gave up, It was the Jonas Bros one that was sealed with the sigs showing so I wanted to leave it sealed but not with a cracked case.

Thanks, I agree! It’s actually a friend of mine’s copy that arrived today…it’s sealed like that and he hasn’t opened it yet, so I actually can’t say if it’s a signed booklet or card. Just fyi. 

*Just noticed what appears to be staples suggesting it’s a booklet
