Wow only vinyl prints!!!!

strange banquet still selling they must to confident they are genuine.

No they are not they will have 100’s of returns and will no doubt try and sell them on to more people who won’t know .

We know so far the Vinyl Prints fakes are a lot more in supply and that’s what they have for sale.

I didn’t mention “fake” on my return, as I just wanted my money back and their CS is awful and obnoxious. But I am sure many people did, so they must be questioning it, or do they not care?

Hello mate, did you get a full refund including postage costs or just the cost of the vinyl itself? I assume you had to pay for the postage costs to return it?

I paid for postage myself, they will never concede these are fakes and they take too long to reply, I just want as much of my money back as possible.

Rule 1 of their returns policy is “Postage is at your cost”.

Doubt I’ll get my initial postage back either.

Never again

Wow that's terrible! I'm disappointed with their conduct. That's so out of order. A shambles of a company. Won't be using them again.

I really have placed hundreds of orders with Banquet over the years - along with lots of people on here, i'm wondering now how many times they have pulled this stunt in the past. I am seeing Banquet in a whole new light now, particularly knowingly reselling fake signatures of LG.

I wonder how many sellers on Fleabay now know and are still selling them?

I'm in the same boat, I have 100% faith in the signed copies I've obtained from in store signings but signed art cards or prints I'm very dubious now

This has gone a little bit scummy. Banquet replayed to my email about it running late via post but ignored the my messages about the he signature it’s self lol

I contacted them via twitter and their response was less than helpful, why would royal mail return them?

Not only return them it’s been a pandemic up and down the country of Royal Mail returning these. Not only that it’s taken 8 days for Royal Mail to spot that there was issues with tons of parcels.

I bet if you contacted Royal Mail with the tracking of them returning them  back to sender they would deny all knowledge of this happening.
