On a side note, it would be really good if this site had a thumbs up alternative, to keep these ”public” threads a bit less crowded. I obviously wanted to say thank you, but at the same time it seems unnecessarily that everyone in this thread gets an email just because I do… :-)

Same here, wondering if they over sell, and then cancel the orders they can't fulfill. Or, they wait til the first wave of orders have shipped, then they start fulfilling the next wave. Either way, I'm a little nervous, a cancellation at this point would suck hard.

They have good stuff, but bad customer service. My Bono order from last year still says "pending", they haven't bothered to cancel it. I held on to it because an earlier popular title (I think Will Smith or Grohl) suddenly shipped many weeks after the release date.

I'm beginning to think my membership is hurting me. People who received the link from me (so definitely ordered much later) have already received shipping notices. BAM must prefer paid shipment to the "free" shipment in the memberships.

I didn't even think about the paid shipment versus the free shipment! I was thinking that they were fulfilling orders of (1) first versus (2), to complete more customers orders, but honestly the paying for shipping part is more plausible.

Not sure which coupon code I used but I paid $23.80 per book. $6.98 shipping for 2 books. The code didn't seem to make a difference for me. I woke up too late for the initial release but managed to get them during the 1st restock
