I'm still waiting on BAM. I have one coming from the UK too, thankfully. I always try to have a backup. You never know with BAM.

I hate to say it, but I would be worried. I got “Bammed” on Grohl AND Bono. Everybody else was getting ship notices and receiving books and mine just sat there - no updates. In fact, I’ll bet my Bono order is still “pending”

Waterstones copy should be here tomorrow.

I dropped Blackwell a message on the live chat to see what the hold up was and had this reply ‘We will be getting the copies from the publisher starting from the 10th of October as stated on our website, then all orders will be shipped respectively from the oldest to the newest. So, I believe your order should be shipped within a week/10 day from the 10th of October’

So a little bit longer for that one it seems

Looks like I should expect mine to arrive around Thanksgiving since I live in the US and I am sure it will be stuck in customs for like a month.

I don't always receive shipping notifications from Waterstones, but I usually get an e-mail from a shipper saying they have something from "Book Hub".

Thanks for your feedback. I'm based in Germany, so shipping always takes a bit more time.

So far my order is "preparing for dispatch" - shouldn't take too lang anymore until it is shipped - but I would feel more comfortable if I had a shipping notice, the item really is great.
