Vincent Price printed, or autographed?

I was wondering, can see this item in an auction, but with not better quality picture. Is it known preprint, or could it be authentic hand signed? Thank you, for your time. :)

From that image one can not say if that is printed. One might infer printed from the generic inscription and single color. What auction would use this image? Very poor and I'd avoid. You can barely see the signature.
