Paul McCartney Signed Please Please Me Lp

Please Please Me Lp supposedly signed by Paul at NEMS on March 22, 1963. Even though the Beatles played the Gaumont Cinema, in Doncaster that day.

On first inspection it looks a good one from Paul but the story was changed by the seller 2 times , maybe he should know that the Beatles & Paul was in Liverpool on 24th March ! 

As James says above with  'NO THANKS' so If Ballroom & James Cushman don't like it? Others wont too , Id be interested to know where the seller got this as the Story is much more Fake than any signature i'd say .
