Hello,

I  bought this a few days ago in an auction.

It is an full color intact pull-out photo included in an 1964 UK-magazine called „Scream“.

I‘m very interested to know what you think about it, thank you.

Here’s another one for your consideration. Top fake and bottom real?

Very interesting to look a these in this format. What is real and what is fake can in fact be dicided by a COA. Debating the merits of such examples and who says they are genuine is why this site exists. Your knowledge and expertise Ballroom goes a long way in making this happen.

I appreciate that, Spaceman. All three bottom examples are from the same “Meet the Beatles” LP. It certainly would be nice if someone associated with one of the COAs would join in this one time, but I doubt that will happen.

Yes I agree with that. Was there any background to these items. Signed for, at, when and been kept in prestine order by the recpient. They just seemed to appear from no-where. There is always a story.

I would love the hear and see the explanation(s).

Has anyone here dealt with Alexander Bitar? According to the Iconic description, the signed “With the Beatles” came with his LOA.

I’m glad someone finally addressed this. I owned the above Miami 64 postcard. Purchased from Jared (iconic auctions). Neither Frank or Tracks would offer on it or vouch for it. I was offering it for half what I paid for it. There are at least 10 different items I have seen over the last decade which scream the same forger. I was following this auction and immediately passed when I saw it. No Frank letter, and it screams unnatural. I’m sure I’m not the only one who stayed away. From both magazine photos being discussed. Both bad IMO.

These are the cleanest autographs I have ever seen.
What I notice is that George has the same darker bits in his G "curves" - nearly parallel. That is very strange. When I see such to good to be true sets I get suspicious.

Ballroom, Mr. Bitar is a member as I guess you know:

Alexander Bitar's Page

Ah, I knew the name sounded familiar. Sorry about that.

Perhaps Mr.Kite would like to message him?

I sure would if I bought this...
